September update

Its been awhile since I posted, I know, I started a couple of drafts, then couldn't get them into post.lol
Anyway, last month I attended the True Blue Conference down in Melbourne. Painted 4 projects..one with Karen Brouwer ..."Mother of Pearl" rosebuds etc on a box
a Zhostovo Rose with Jan Shaw............... Some Geraniums on a canvas with Robin Cooper using Genesis {heat set oils} and with Tracey Simms .........."Hippeastrum and Gold Damask " on a canvas.
Travelled to and from Melbourne with Chris Roy, we had a lovely drive both ways, I enjoyed everything, had a lovely time, great teachers, great projects, great food, great company and I hope to be there again next year. Congratulations to both Karen Brouwer and Karin Parsons for all their hard work.

Just a quick note, as I still have to pack, going away tomorrow {Thursday} as on Saturday & Sunday will be doing painting workshops.
I have managed to do a little painting, ........ a half terra pot with roses for a going away present , and a small jewellry box with roses to go with a 21st present. Also made a parchment card {21st} and a number of ATC with parchment butterflies, with cards to go with them {roses on them} lol....lots of roses..... will post pictures when I come back.

Well today I was going to do some painting, but instead I've been "playing" with this blog,........... I've rearranged the pictures and add some links to friends blogs, added a time clock so you can see what time it is here at my place.
Painting will have to be tomorrow now, and I will make a start on some ATC's and a 21st birthday present. I've nearly finished my Tulips so will take a picture and post to blog

Well here it is 1st April already, my how time flies.
I've added a couple of pictures I have painted, hope to add some more soon, to build up a gallery of my projects.
I've started to paint on Canvas, and have a few hanging up on my walls, at the moment I'm painting Tulips, I've finished the one in Acrylics and nearly finished the one in oils, I will post these when finished.
