Some more picture of Charli

well finally my first grandchild arrive, after a long labour Mel had a c" section on the 23rd September 2009 ,and had a Girl "Charli Lee", she is ever so cute, I'm bias I know {but my own 2 a boy and then girl I didn't think were so she must be lol}. My very first look at her I saw one eye and a little bit of nose, she was so alert those first few hours. Mel and Charli came home last Saturday and are starting to settle in now. Today is Thursday and we {Grandpa and I} hope to visit this afternoon{last visit was Sunday}

Still waiting for Grandchild to arrive, past the due date now and last night we had a phone call so took off for hospital. About 4 hours later we were sent home because although she was having strong and frequent contractions before she left for hospital, they subsided somewhat when there. So here it is 5.43pm on Monday 21st September, and the little one hasn't want to make an appearance yet.{maybe tonight or early tomorrow morning ?????}

Well still waiting for first Grandchild to arrive {not actually due to 18th September 09 } but signs are there for bubs to come early, maybe tonight???? The Mum is getting very uncomfortable, but at least they have found a place to rent and moved in about 10 days ago so have baby's room ready, {all the clothes are washed and put away} cot and bassinet set up so they are feeling relaxed about that.
Only painting I've been doing lately are shopping bags, although today I started on a scene with a lighthouse, water, cliffs, boat etc.
